  • Prawns
  • Shrimp scampi

Procedure

  1. we put the shellfish on the Alfa Pizza roasting grill pan
  2. bake for approximately 10 minutes at 250 °C
  3. thanks to the built-in drip pan of our roasting grill pan we can cook without dirtying the floor
  4. turn the shellfish over at halfway through the cooking, the cutlery set of the KIT Rosticcere makes cooking even easier
