Numero Seriale
We would like to remind you that the serial number is usually on the label on the back of the product.
The ovens made of refractory material need no serial number.
Type of product
It’s necessary to know the product type and version for which support is requested. They are found on the label as well.
Gas installation
If you have trouble with the gas installation, please send information about pressure and flow rate of the regulator and about features of LPG cylinders.
Photos and videos
Send photos or footage detailing the problem.
In case of troubles with the gas installation, please upload a video describing the issue.
Guarantee
The guarantee applies only if the photo of the receipt is attached.
